UMETNIŠKA DEJAVNOST DIJAŠKIH DOMOV KOT PRIMER DOBRE PRAKSE
Povzetek
V tem prispevku smo primerjali umetniško dejavnost Dijaškega doma Vič z dejavnostjo nekaterih ameriških domov. Vsi ti domovi poudarjajo pomen interesnih umetniških dejavnosti. Omenjeni domovi zaposlujejo odlične pedagoge – animatorje in mentorje mladim. Po šolskih dejavnostih se dijaki udejstvujejo in sproščajo v likovni, literarni, glasbeni, gledališki, plesni, fotografski, računalniški in športni dejavnosti. Ti domovi ponujajo dijakom najboljše možnosti življenja, učenja in dobrega počutja s celostnim in skladnim razvojem osebnosti. Njihove dejavnosti se izvajajo v projektih, delavnicah in v skupinskem in individualnem delu. Domovi se odlikujejo po prireditvah, kakršne so spoznavni večeri, plesi, koncerti, tedni kulture, glasbeni večeri, maturantski večeri, tematske razstave in izleti. Primerjali smo uresničevanje ciljev likovne oz. umetniške pismenosti v šolah in v dijaških domovih. Ugotovili smo, da domovi bolj spodbujajo vseživljenjsko učenje umetniškega ustvarjanja kot naše osnovne in srednje šole.

ART ACTIVITY OF BOARDING SCHOOLS AS EXAMPLE OF GOOD PRACTICE
Abstract
This paper compares art activity of Boarding school Vič with activities of some american boarding schools. All these boarding schools stresses the meaning of out of school art activities. They employ excellent pedagogues – animators and mentors of youth. After school activities students participate and release themselves in literal, musical, theatral activities and danse, photograph and sport activities as well. They offer students the best possibilities of life, learning and well being with congunet growth of their personalities. Their activities are performed in projects, workshops, group and individual works. Boarding schools affirm themselves also by such shows as entertainment evenings, danses, concerts, cultural weeks, music and abiturient evenings, topic discussions and excursions. It is compared realisation of goals of visual and art literacy in schools and boarding schools. It is considered that boarding schools stimulate lifelong learning of art creativity than Slovenian primary and secondary schools.
